Associations absent: Ely, Grand Rapids.

     Increased penalties for Lockeroom Monitor failures:
       1st offense, $500 fine
       2nd offense, $1000 fine
       3rd offense, Head Coach suspended

Discussed ideas for associations to ensure compliance to policy.

Discussed Gamesheet ideas, issues, and updates. It is recommended that each association to have a point person in place for training and issue resolution.

Mark Stupar elected as District Director. (Thanks Dan R. for your direction and guidance over the last 4 years.

District 12 to hold 5 regionals and 2 state tournaments in 2024.
