Phase 1
March 17th – 30th, 2025
District Trials/Top 30 Selection (Cost $110 per candidate)

Each MH District (12) will invite a minimum of 40 candidates to participate in the trials to determine the top 30 players. Each candidate will receive 4 hours of ice time. Players not coming through our process will not be considered for the USA Hockey Select Camp.
Players/coaches who have not registered with Minnesota Hockey/USA Hockey will be required to register online with USA Hockey at www.usahockeyregistration.com for insurance purposes.
Phase 2
March 31st – April 17th, 2025 District Top 30 Skills Sessions

The top 30 players from each district will participate in 10 skills training sessions by the district coaching staff. Each district will receive a maximum of 10 hours of ice as a reimbursable expense for pre festival training preparation. After the pre festival preparation twenty players will be selected for each district team. (Team formed by April 17th, 2025).
Phase 3 (Seeding Games) Held in Bemidji April 19th ($275 per player Phase 3 & 4)

Completed by April 19th, 2025 (No Games on Easter) District Round Robin Games
Four divisions of three teams each play a round robin preliminary two game schedule. The teams will then be seeded into a round robin format based on their record in divisional play. One seeding game will be a reimbursable expense per district.
Phase 4
April 25 – April 27, 2025
Minnesota Hockey Spring Festival: Plymouth Ice Center
(Cost per player $275 for Phase 3 & 4)
The spring festival will consist of three pools of four teams. The round robin format will have each team play three games in their pool. 102 Players will be picked after the games to participate in the Summer Development Camp in St. Cloud, MN at the SCSU campus.
Player Evaluation: A team of knowledgeable coaches and scouts will evaluate all participants, consult with team coaches and select the top 102 players for participation in the CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance Summer Development Camp. Alternates selectees will also be chosen by the evaluation team and placed on teams in the event original selectees decline the invitation to participate in the Summer Development Camp. The Development Camp schedule will be posted on the HP 15 webpage at www.minnesotahockey.org.
